Arvin CSD is looking for RFPs for a District Solar Project from interested Solar Companies. Please find the attached RFP document and call General Manager Raul Barraza, Jr. (661) 854-2127 with any questions you might have. There will be a pre-proposal conference on January 25th at the District office at 1:30 p.m. and proposals will be due by February 2nd as we try to compress this selection process such that the District can still qualify under NEM 2.0.
