The Arvin Community Services District is currently bidding out the work for the Comanche Drive and South Derby Street Improvements - Water Relocation Project. This project will be running simultaneously alongside Westrock General Engineering, who are under contract for the City of Arvin for this project as the road construction contractor. 

Arvin CSD invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026 for the furnishing to Arvin CSD of all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities, and other items necessary to construct work. On Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the District Office located at 309 Campus Drive, Arvin, California 93203, for the Comanche Drive & S. Derby Street Improvements - Water Line Relocation Project.
